Customer Installations
Elite's E-FAX series has evolved into an users
friendly software system over the years. Each E-FAX software
revision we released to the market must be designed for
simplicity-to-use and provides end-users a worry-free and easy to
learn environment to work with. During the years from 1994 to 1996,
E-FAX series had been sold over 250,000 copies to
all kind of businesses. Every since Elite has sets it goals on the international market
and Elite has strode to meet the international
needs, to improve it products and software to be more than E-Mails
and Faxes, but a "must need" communication system of this era.
Below is a profile of our
customer site installations and is best categorized according to their business
natures.
  Finance/Equity: |
This group has over 40 site
installations; including
Taiwan based banks, foreign banks with offshore offices in
Taiwan, and equity firms. Relative to other groups,
this group of customers usually has more sophisticated setup
of the Elite's solutions, among others may include:
a) Multiple WebFax server setup and multiple MISFax server
setup,
b) Multiple Appliance setup,
c) Both WebFax server and MISFax server running in parallel,
d) Multiple sites setup sometimes within Taiwan, and others
such as installing the Elite's
solutions in customers' overseas
offices outside of Taiwan.
Characteristics:
