E-FAX POP3 MAIL SERVER 2000 is road that connect your E-Mail and the Internet. When ever an user access Outlook, IE, Netscape and any other e-mails Box software to send E-Mail, E-FAX POP3 Mail Server 2000 will exam the e-mail to determine if it is destinated with in the company or to the outside. If it is send to a personnel inside the company, Mail server will transfer it directly without connecting to the internet. If it is outside, Mail Server will either send immediately or wait for the scheduled time when connected to the Internet. Mail Server will also at the same time receive e-mail, download them then distribute each to their destinate e-mail account and no mail will be lost. If there is a mail that could not be sented, POP3 Mail Server 2000 will periodically resend and inform the sender of the problem.

When installing E-FAX POP3 Mail Server 2000, all you need to do is register a dial-up account from your ISP. If there is too employee to use mail, we recommand register for more dial-up connect account(don't have to be the same ISP) for different section of the company.
